Meet you at the campfire
You don't really believe that your children will want to tag along
and do all thee same things as their parents, do you? Not when we`ve got a whole program
of activities and adventures espacially for the younger set. They'll love playing at the
playground, walking on stilts and skateboarding before they head for a forest clearing to
roast hot dogs. We`ll take them on a hike past a waterfall and a secret cave and let them
rest beside a brook. Remeber the fun you had skiping stones by the hour? As part of the
hik we`ll teach your future mountain climbers how to use a compass, how to safely light
and put out a campfire, and how to both enjoy and protect the wonders of nature. And if it
should rain, we`ll even take them puddle jumping!! Kids who prefer to stay high and dry
can draw, paint, play games or do any of the many other activities at the recreation hall.
Meanwhile you can relax and enjoy yourself knowing that your children are in good hands
while the`re having fun and making friends. |

And when you`re out and about with your children, you`ll never have
to worry about being at the right place at the right time to eat. All you need to do is
take a good look at the map. Even he smallest restaurants and snack bars have specialities
they`re proud of. Whether you`re looking for a hearty meal to satisfy your sweet tooth,
you`ll find unique mouthwatering dishes here that you won`t find anywhere else in the
world.
A trip to the game preserve is an absolute must. After all, you`d like
the kids to see elephants and Black Widow spiders first hand and not just in books or on
TV, right? Be surre to allow yourselves plenty of time, though, becaus children lov to
observe animal behavior. They`ll want to wait and see exactly how that funny little
mountain goat jumps down off that big rock, or when the owl finally opens his eyes, or how
the mother and father animals care for their babies. Don`t forget your camera! |
Naturally you`ll want to do some exploring in town, too. A visit to
the cheese factory in Fuegen will provide the answer to the age-old question of how
the holes got in the cheese. The Festhalle is the place to go on special recration
afternoons, when people of all ages gather for activities ranging from horseshoes to darts
and from the Tyrolean version of shuffleboard to giant-board chess. How about learing to
bake dark farmer`s bread from an old traditionale recipe? Or what about going for a
horsedrawn carriage ride? If you venture a little farther afield, you`ll discover fishing,
windsurfing, sailing and even an open-air museum of historical farmhouses. With our
options and your imagination, there a simply no limits - except perhaps to your time. We
hope you`ll come back again to do all the things you didn't get around to this year. |
